Generally no: Osteoperosis is mainly going to involve the bones. The nerves should not be effected unless your are having fractures from the bone loss, which would be a different issue.

Possible: The possible link i can think of is a vitamin d deficiency. Sometimes, people with vit d deficiency can have weak bones i.E osteoporosis and also have neuropathy symptoms. So check vitamin d levels.
