Had a thyroidecomy last may due to graves at the time i had a feeling of something in my throat and it eventually went away now i have it occasionally. i do have allegies, runny nose and use flonase?

See a doctor: You may need an evaluation for the cause of the allergic reactions and desensitization. You may need your neck reexamined for other lesions. Go and see your pcp who can refer you to an allergist or ENT doctor as deemed necessary.

See ENT if persists: Since you have had your thyroid removed, it is very unlikely that your symptoms are related to your thyroid or the surgery. Post nasal drip due to allergies is one of the most common reasons for that feeling. Acid reflux and anxiety are also common reasons. An ENT specialist would be able to look down your throat to see if there is an anatomic problem.
