Fatty liver disease: Fatty liver disease is caused by excessive fat accumulation in the the liver. Fatty liver can lead to complications including hardening of the liver called cirrhosis. If your bmi is too high, then losing weight will help mitigate your long term associated health risks. Chicken contains unhealthy saturated fats, but eating it once per week sounds reasonable to me. Good luck!

Yes: I trust that the diagnosis of fatty liver of metabolic syndrome has been made and the other possible causes in addition to hepatitis c have been ruled out. In addition to keeping alcohol intake to a minimum, physical exercise is probably great for you. You'll do well to follow a reasonably prudent diet as advised; chicken's a good protein choice for most folks.
