Muscle spasms: Muscle spasms can be due to low magnesium levels. Use a chelated magnesium and calcium supplement to help. Also decrease your caffeine intake and drink more water.

Yes......: Good hydration.....Heat or cold pack........Stretching exercises......If it continues after that see a doctor.
