Many causes: Dizziness can be due to low blood pressure (bp), brain problems, low sugar, hyperventilation, vertigo, stress/anxiety and other causes. Dizziness that is improved laying down may be due to low bp, and may include dimming vision, reduced hearing or sweating. The most common causes of low BP include standing up too fast, the fainting reflex, and other more serious conditions. Ask your doctor.
