Many things: Difficulties with the inner ear and migraines are common causes of dizziness, but there are multiple other possible causes including your heart or neurological problems.
Good place to start would be with your primary care or ENT doctor

Probale inner ear: When asked to explain dizziness; most patients describe it as a feeling of one or more of "lightheaded, spinning, tilting, falling, loss of balance" triggered by change of head or body position. It is probably due to irritation of nerve of inner ear by (otoconia) which are gravels in ear. Some patients may call a feeling of faintness as dizzy but this is rare.

Many causes!: Dizziness has many possible causes, some minor, some serious. It could be a medication side effect, an ear infection, lack of fluid or food intake, a serious problem in your brain. Without more details it is impossible to narrow it down. If you have constant dizziness get seen right now. If you have intermittent dizziness but it has lasted more than two days, get seen. Don't drive.

Lots of things!: Sorting out the significance of those symptoms depends on accompanied circumstances (precipitating events, duration, palpitations), objective findings (abnormal cardiac or neurologic exam), age (younger, older), etc. Often these may be relatively benign (if younger patient and not objective abnormalities), but may also be a harbinger of more serious underlying conditions. Talk to your doctor.
