Many issues: There are many issues here-if your doctor "has no clue", check with a new doctor. Very high blood pressure (>200) could cause these sx. Double vision has many causes including serious ones like stroke and multiple sclerosis that must be ruled out. Gen'lzed fatigue and dizziness have long lists of potential causes. Stress can cause all the sx, but is a diagnosis of exclusion after a full checkup.
