Possibly: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) [an antihistamine] is sometimes used to treat anxiety. That being said, it's much safer and more effective if you get a prescribed medication, and have your anxiety followed by a physician. In addition, counseling, exercise, meditation, meaningful activity and support from friends/loved ones can also help anxiety enormously. Hope this answer helps.
