You seem a : Little young for that, but if you had a serious injury in the past, especially a fracture, then this can happen -- that is discomfort with weather changes.

Possibly: Most inflammations of joints can be affected by changes in pressure. Such changes happen with weather changes. So it may be a sign of arthritis or some other inflammation.
