I got a lot off acne all over my body what can i do?

Another infection?: Acne doesn't get all over the body. Acne tends to be on the face, neck, upper back, upper chest, and hairy areas of the scalp (sometimes in pubic hair areas). If a person is getting pimples everywhere, he may have folliculitis, which can be an infection due to bacteria. Folliculitis can be caused by MRSA (antibiotic-resistant bacteria) and needs antibiotics from a doctor.
