Yes: If you are having the same or similar discomfort to what you had before the angioplasty, you may have re-narrowing of the angioplasty site. See your cardiologists as soon as possible. Don't delay.

Yes: Regular evaluation is valuable to monitor height, weight, cholesterol and blood pressure and general care. .Sounds like you are doing the " right stuff". Certainly with known CAD and stenting you should be seen with any symptoms.
