Wide chest: There can be several thing stat affect the spacing between breast implants. First and most common has to do with the patients own anatomy... Meaning that the sternum or chest bone is wide and there is no way to narrow this bone. The second could be implants that are too small for the width of the breast. The third can have to do with displacement from pectoral exercise forcing the implants out.

Wide space: Some wide gaps between the implants can be reduced with additional surgery. Some times the gap cannot be reduced with surgery. Your surgeon is a good place to start.

No.: There are no specific exercises that will make your breasts “closer" to one another. If your implants migrate to the sides, revisionary breast surgery may be helpful. This procedure may involve closing off the breast implant pockets ( internal sutures); doing so will prevent the breast implants from migrating to the sides. The use of wider rest implants may be helpful as well.

No: Breast implants that are spaced widely apart may become that way due to patient's anatomy and/or the size of the pocket that was created during surgery. Pocket problems can often be improved by revising the pocket surgically.

No: No exercise can change the shape and contour of your breasts especially after a breast augmentation.

Revision surgery: Exercise is not going to do it. Go back to your surgeon and see what they thinks. Sometimes they can be revised but that means more surgery and it may not give you what you want.
