Dehydrated?: Dark urine is more indicative of poor hydration than infection. Although cloudy urine may suggest a urinary tract infection, other things can cause cloudiness, such as and increased concentration of phosphates in the urine. Increasing fluid intake often results in normalization of the urine's appearance.
