Obgyn evaluation: Schedule a visit with your obgyn to go through your current situation and see what options would be best to manage your situation. Nexplanon is a good birth control choice and does not contribute to endometriosis. Cysts are quite common in young women. Management depends on the size, symptoms and types of cysts.
