OS disease: Isnt really a disease. It is an inflammation of the apophysis or growth plate where the patellar tendon attaches at your tibia. If it hurts ice, nsaids, and activity modification should help. When you stop growing it should improve. You probably don't even need to see a doctor, just give it time.
