Lt Medial Knee Pain: What were you doing when you initially started having this pain? Forceful rotation, twist, pivot of your knee ? Deep squat? How long have you been dealing with these symptoms? Could be dealing with some changes to your medial meniscus (knee cartilage). Talk with your PCP about imaging studies of your left knee. They may refer you to orthopedic surgeon if all conservative measures are exhausted
