DERMATOLIGIST: Exposure to sun can lead to skin cancers. Could be a basel cell or melanoma lesion. Seek a dermatoligist now.

Migraine symptoms present. But no/mild head'ache'. Feels heavy and tight on left side of head. Worsens when exposed to sun. Feels dizzy when its dark.
When I measure my ear/forehead it's around 37.9/38.2 temperature. Underarm and oral is under 36.8/37.0. My only other symptoms are fatigue and a hot head. Occasional headache. Been happening on/off for 4 days now. No sun exposure, I work indoors.
I was trying to pop a black head on side of my nose and a little blood vessel appeared. Is this permanent, will it go away with time, what can I do ?
