Fitness: This is a good question. The answer to what you almost certainly want isn't going to be found in food, but in continued involvement with an aerobic fitness activity that you enjoy along with a healthy diet. You're almost a grown man. Very few men want to gain fat, and this is an important time in your life not to put on fat for the sake of your later health.
