I have chronic back pain, stiffness, and cramping. my drs. already ruled out ankyglosing spondilitis. what could this condition be?

This is one of many: Without being able to do my own physical exam, history and review of diagnostic workup done so far it is difficult to say with any certainty the cause of your back pain. However, ankylosing spondylitis is just one potential cause of your back pain. The differential diagnosis includes several possibilities with others including myofascial pain, disc disease and spinal stenosis, just to name a few.
