I have ankylosing spondylitis from 2007. i take nucoxia 90 everyday. but my pain is increasing from last one week in my lower back on right si joints?

May need new drug: Nicosia 90 is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.It relieves pain and inflammation but does change the underlying disease. You need to see a Rheumatologist to see if you are a candidate for the newer anti tumor necrosis drugs which do change the disease.
