Sure: If you are not pregnant in 6 months after the tubal reversal, the first thing you should do is a hsg, or x-ray, to see if your tubes are open. If they are then you should look for other causes that may prevent you from getting pregnant and/or "try to be patient" and try a little longer. If only one tube is open, it takes twice as long to conceive since most women ovulate from side to side.
