Yes you can: At age 47 though the chance of spontaneous pregnancy or pregnancy after ivf is very low (a single digit).

Possibly: At least one good quality study supports that eventual chance of success with ivf remains steady through 4 unsuccessful cycles, but does decline after that. However, as another doctor already replied, the chance of success of any ivf at age 47 is (unfortunately) a long-shot.
