Suture: If this is near the hernia repair site, it could be due to a suture tethering connective tissue under the skin. It should go back to a normal contour within 6 months. If it doesn't, and it is bothersome, your surgeon can fix it. You should see your surgeon to be sure. Glad you're doing we'll overall.

Sutures: Likley it has to do with the sutures and the closure. It takes several months for these to heal. I would wait this out before jumping in to repair or do anything. Hernia surgery is known for a painful recovery. All of this should improve over time. If it doens't speak with your surgeon.
