I am 24 week pregnant and my afi is 10, 3 it is a value to concern about? does drinking water help my baby is growing well with and i feel her active

Normal.: Afi of 10.3cm is within the normal range (5-20 or 5-25 depending on where you read). It's just on the lower end of normal. Drinking plenty of water is always recommended during pregnancy. I would recommend 8 to 10 glasses per day or until your urine is a clear to light yellow color. Speak with your obgyn if you have any other concerns. Good luck!
