Lymph node: There are lymph nodes in the neck . They are part of the lymphatic system of the head, neck and scalp. They can become enlarges with viral illnesses or something as common as dermatitis of the scalp. Another benign possibility include sebacous cyst . See a doctor for further evaluation.
