I can't sleep at night it takes 2 sometimes 3 hrs before i could actually sleep.thats why im tired in the office the next morning, what should i do?

Change diet: Stop caffeine 4-6 hrs before bed. Don't read in bed. Don't watch tv in bed. Sleep and sex only in bed. Still can't sleep....Try tylenol (acetaminophen) pm. If still have issues, see your doctor.
