Talk to OB: Talk with your obestetric provider to see how they can help with the nausea, so you and the baby can be better nourished. If you have any abdominal, chest or back pain with the post-meal nausea, you could have a gallbladder problem.

Time to see OB: If you haven't seen your OB doctor or called about the recent er visit, its time to now. Most OB doctors are on call all the time or at least share call with someone. This can probably be managed with medication called into the pharmacy, but may require a direct admission. Don't use the er for your care, use your ob/gyn provider.

Go back to the ER !!: Or call your OB as u probably need more IV fluids and a strong anti- nausea med that u can be given IV or by subq pump or by pills or distintgrating tablets , an effective one that is safe for pregnancy is zofran (ondansetron).
