Eat sooner.: Perhaps you are waiting too long to eat and your blood sugar is dropping! Make sure to eat frequent (every 2 hrs) small meals with a combo of protein (lean meat, nut butter, etc) and complex carbohydrate (whole grain cracker, bread, fruit, veggie, etc). If that doesn't help, in to your doctor to get checked for other problems.
