Most likely: A torn rotator cuf never gets smaller. It's like a tear in ur jeans. It's there and every time you hook it with a foot it gets bigger so surgery is the ay 2 go. As the edges of the tear swell and become more rounded u begin 2 feel the or hear the clicking. It will all b taken care of @ surgery.

Noise is expected: Tears can get larger with time, but clicking in a shoulder with a known tear is not unusual. Worsening function or pain should be brought to your surgeons attention, however.
