Lifestyle change: Don't focus on a number. Even the "body mass index" has floundered with the 2013 jama article with "overweight" people healthier and living longer than "ideal weight" folks. The right weight is what looks & feels right to you while you are able to compete successful in fitness sports. Rather than "a number" think about finding an aerobic activity you really enjoy & friends you can share with.
