Possible, but not...: It's possible for anyone to catch a cold or get a fever, but that is not related to looking out a window, having wet hair, or playing outside building a snowman. Colds are caused by a variety of viruses.

No: Having wet hair outside is not a cause of illness such as the flu or the common cold. These conditions are caused by the spread of bacteria and viruses. If one were in extreme temperatures and developed hypothermia - that would be a different issue.
