With new hrt studies can you continue hrt if no problems taking it for over 20yrs?

No: I would not recommend it for that long it may not even be neccessary for this long for 6 months to a year is ok also depends on what hrt are you using if hysterectomy estrogen if you have uterus then estrogen progesteron combo.
