Mom dad: I love the family nose but......Id like to change mine. All kidding aside I would explain how it will improve your self esteem and how long it has bothered you. Remember they may not even notice the areas that are bothering you, that is why I give all of my patients a mirror and ask exactly what is bothering you. Good luck

Nose job: It depends on your age. If you are a minor, you will require your parents' consent. Nonetheless, it is not unusual for patients to discuss this issue with their family or even to bring their parents with them during a consult.
