I took some supplementary pills and then my neck bcome swollen and feel like im hving sore throat, dfficult to swallow. is it temporary?

Hope so: Do not take any more of these pills until you know what is going on. This may well be an allergic reaction, and if the swelling gets any worse or you have any difficulty breathing get to a doctor asap. The medical literature is full of articles about reactions to substances contained in "supplements" that are not controlled by the fda and you have no idea what is really in them.
