See ENT MD: Get yourself to the specialist -- ENT MD - for thorough evaluation. 9 Months is way too long to ignore this type of presentation. May simply be chronic infected tonsil -- but this would be accompanied by pain. The lack of pain and duration of the swelling and extension to the glands is of concern. Make appt. and get going . Good Luck.
