Posterior Headache: Posterior headaches from valsalva or pressure inducing movements may be a symptom of arnold chiari malformation. As the pressure in your head increases, the bottom part of your brain is pushed into the spinal canal. An examination with your primary care doctor with a possible MRI is warranted.
