Doubt epilepsy: Simple partial seizures are focal events, not usually eventuating in generalized seizures. I am perplexed why you have been labeled as such, and do not see you are treated for seizures or migraine either. The latter can readily be handled, and with the confusion you express, likely best you consult an expert neurologist, get the correct diagnosis, and get treated and controlled.
