Yes, Of Course: Walking or an 30 min will help you burn up about 100 calories extra, over a month this could be about 1lb. However, if the exercise makes you more hungry or if you use it as a reward to eat more, you will not lose weight at all. 1 extra slice of pizza adds 500 calories, or about 5 miles of walking or 30 min x5 or 150 min on the treadmill! do it as much as you can, but not to injure yourself.
