Many things: This pain could be caused by many things. If it hurts worse when you breathe in deep, it could be pleurisy, or an inflammation of the lining of the lungs, or it could be "referred" pain from a problem in your abdomen like gall bladder disease, or it could even be a problem with your heart (even though it is right sided). Best to get it checked out by a doctor.

Costochondritis: You may have costochondritis, it is an inflammation of the cartilage that connects your ribs to your collar bone. It could also be chest muscle soreness if you lift weights, do chest exercises, or have a cough. You can try taking ibuprofen to see if it helps but see your doctor if doesn't improve or if you have associated shortness of breath, heart racing, lightheadedness, or feeling tired
