Allergies?: Constant cold symptoms and sneezing sounds like allergies. Have you tried an antihistamine. Consider fexofenadine (allegra) 180 mg tablet. Take 1/2 tablet up to twice daily. Is there something in your environment that you may have developed an allergy to? If so get rid of it.
