Overactive bladder: You may be suffering from an overactive bladder. Your fluid intake may be too much or you have have bladder issues. Would see your doctor or a urologist who could do some testng and give you appropriate medication.

Avoid triggers: Oab is urinary frequency, urgency, and nighttime urination. Cut down on fluids, so you have less to "deal with" through your days and nights. Avoid bladder irritant triggers: chocolate, peppermint, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, spicy foods, carbonated beverages, and Splenda. If those things don't help, then you may need detrol, toviaz, or vesicare (solifenacin). Start bladder retraining and timed voiding.
