Yes, for sure: In fact insufficient water drinking is bad for all of your body systems. Recent recommendations say to drink at least 8 8oz glasses a day - this is in addition to the water we get in our food intake. Soda, coffee, etc do not count! many find it hard to get into the habit - I do - but it is true. Definitely try to come close to that amount.
