Do not distress!: You have started exercising w/ a trainer. You are doing everything right. You are probably gaining muscle at a faster rate than your a losing fat. It is a simultaneous process, except muscle weighs more than fat. This is normal and reassuring. The good news is that this muscle metabolizes more glucose. This is just the beginning investment time - the payoff is coming! keep going with your program!
