Yes, if mild.: Many women experience mild "menstrual" cramping in the early part of pregnancy. If you have other symptoms - and certainly, if your period is late, take a test. One warning, a tubal pregnancy can show up with abnormal cramping - often on one side, and with abnormal bleeding. So get checked if you aren't sure. Lgromkomd.
