Many things possible: That said, "medium flow" vaginal bleeding and "healthy pregnancy" usually don't go together. One can contact her Ob-Gyn doctor to describe her bleeding and see if any evaluation should be done. The doctor might repeat a pregnancy test to make sure it is still positive, especially if this is very early in the pregnancy, or if not yet a proven pregnancy.
