Im 30 weeks this week and i lost my mucus plug today and am experiencing bad back pain now and excruciating pelvic pain. should i be worried?

Yes: Call your doctor or hospital right away! the mucus plug doesn't mean anything, and the back pain can be contractions or not - but the excruciating pelvic pain cannot be ignored. You may be in pre-term labor. You should be seen asap.
