Eczema back Pain: Unless your eczema is causing a n infection of your lower back area, the two are not related. Redness, swelling, and tenderness to touch might be symptoms of infection.

Not Really: Although some arthritic conditions like psoriasis can have scaly or itchy eczema associated with them. Low back pain can be associated with psoriatic arthritis.
