Hemorrhoid ?: Possibly hemorrhoidal blood? Are you certain of the source of the blood? Is it in urine (could be infection) of peri anal( could be hemorrhoidal. See a physician.

It is extremely painful and it constantly feels as if I am on the brink of having to urinate constantly, however, the bladder seems empty. There is no blood in the urine as far as I can see, however, it is visible on the paper?
When i used the bathroom, and when i wipe there is blood. Its also not in the urine just on the paper. What could be the cause?.
I see blood on tissue paper after urinating. Urine test was done and urinary tract infection test came negative. Any advice would help.
