I have been having burning and achey hands and feet for over a year. More recently I have been waking up at night and especially in the early morning with tingling sensation in head, face, shoulders, hands arms, feet.. etc. Anxiety ruled out?
I have occasional lightheadedness, and on other occasions I feel a head-rush similar to an adrenaline rush. I also sometimes have a tingling sensation in my feet and hands. Should I be worried about brain tumors or ALS? Or is this anxiety 101?
