A member asked:

I am scared of situation when i get locked..eg. travelling in plane, train etc.. please provide suggestion?

Claustrophobia: This is very familiar and affects many people. A course of insight-oriented treatment may help, and there are helpful books. But for now, my best suggestion is think about "why are you traveling? To see someone you love, most likely. Love is stronger than fear." find the meaning the situation has for you, and you'll discover your own inner courage.
